The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to continue monitoring based on the annual report, which analyzes the achievements of the EAEU countries in the development of railway, road, and port infrastructure that make up the Eurasian transport corridors.

According to Arzybek Kozhoshev, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, the conducted analysis shows that the member states of the "five" together with the EEC are carrying out comprehensive work to improve the infrastructure of these transport corridors.

In particular, Armenia is actively implementing an investment program for the North-South road corridor. Belarus has carried out current repairs on 533 kilometers of roads, funded from the budget, and has also begun reconstruction of sections of the M-10 highway. Kazakhstan has opened the second line of the Dostyk-Moyinty railway, stretching 836 kilometers. In Kyrgyzstan, the official opening of the Tyup-Kegen road took place. In Russia, a route of the second Eurasian road corridor has been launched from the border with Belarus to the border with Kazakhstan.

This report serves as an important tool for transport policy, allowing the EEC and member states to have objective data for coordinating the development of transport infrastructure.
