For early buyers, the working hours remain the same: the pavilion opens its doors at 03:00. One of the key features of the new location is the ability to purchase meat directly from producers, which allows avoiding intermediaries and significantly saving on purchases.
An important aspect of the "Chuygun" operation is ensuring safety. The pavilion fully complies with veterinary and sanitary requirements:
there is a modern laboratory for quality control of products;
special quarantine zones and powerful refrigeration units have been established;
all necessary conditions for quality control of goods have been created.
Experts emphasize that the entire process—from the arrival of livestock to its slaughter and sale—takes place under strict veterinary supervision, which excludes the presence of low-quality products on the shelves.
Additionally, the project has a significant social focus. A separate area in the pavilion is designated where meat is offered at affordable prices aimed at social needs, making quality products accessible to all segments of the population.
The move to the new site has not only reduced congestion in the city center but also created more civilized and safe conditions for purchasing meat products for the residents of Bishkek.
