Almambet Shykmamatov shared the results of the tax service's work for 2025
At a meeting of the board of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman Almambet Shykmamatov stated that the successes of 2025 are not due to random circumstances and are not a result of a favorable economic situation.
“These achievements are the result of a long-term and thoughtful state policy that was implemented at the direction of the president and the government, as well as the outcome of the coordinated, professional work of the entire staff of the Tax Service,” he noted.
Shykmamatov emphasized that the main outcome of the year was not only exceeding planned indicators but also rethinking the approaches to interaction between the state and taxpayers.
“We have begun to build relationships not as ‘controller — violator’ but in the format of ‘state — partner’. This change in perception has already yielded tangible results for the budget and the economy as a whole, as confirmed by statistics and development dynamics,” added the head of the GNS.
