According to information from the agency, in 2003, S. T. D., who heads the public association "Toboi," in collusion with officials from the Talas branch of the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and the State Enterprise "Talas Main Water Management," carried out the illegal privatization of facilities necessary for ensuring the livelihood of the population.
In 2003, using his official position and forging documents, he transferred strategic facilities (water intakes) to the balance of his association, which were then transferred to private ownership. Among the transferred properties were land plots with a total area of 3.38 hectares, including plots of 1.7 hectares, 0.68 hectares, and 1 hectare. The value of these properties amounted to 36,415,400 soms.
Now, these vital facilities once again belong to the state.
