The automated system AIS "Subsidy," launched by the Department for the Examination of Agricultural Crops, was developed by specialists from the State Institution "AgroSmart." It is designed for the complete transition of the process of issuing state subsidies to seed production farms into a digital format.
The main task of the new system is to minimize corruption risks and ensure maximum transparency in the distribution of budget funds. As a result, the submission of applications, their processing, and tracking of seed movements will be carried out in real-time.
Key functions of the system:
Online applications: Farmers and agricultural enterprises can now submit documents remotely through their personal account.
Electronic signature: All documents and commission protocols receive a signature using an electronic digital signature (EDS).
GPS control: The use of seeds is confirmed by electronic acts with mandatory photo documentation and indication of the exact coordinates of the sowing.
Transparent logistics: The system ensures tracking the movement of seeds between regions and monitoring their supplies.
The automated data verification will speed up the decision-making process of the commissions, and analytical reports will help the Ministry of Agriculture gain a complete understanding of the situation in the country's seed production.
