According to the new document, "Asker Service" will act as the official intermediary for all export-import and re-export operations related to military, dual-use, and special-purpose products. All internal state procurement of armaments, military equipment, ammunition, and special gear for the needs of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan and other military formations will be conducted through this structure.
Furthermore, "Asker Service" will take on responsibilities for the development of the defense industry, the implementation of new technologies, and the realization of import substitution programs.
The enterprise will also engage in trade and household services for military personnel and their families residing in garrisons and military towns.
To improve the financial situation of the Ministry of Defense, funding will be allocated to settle the debts of the reorganized ministries.
