In the Kemin district, Bakyt Torobaev, who holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, visited the branch of the company "Agrokush." During the visit, he familiarized himself with the implementation of the "Kemin" project, which represents an ambitious investment program for the development of the broiler industry in Kyrgyzstan.
This project is a continuation of the expansion of production capacities in the Chui region. This year, it is planned to build two new sites for poultry breeding, each of which will include 12 poultry houses capable of accommodating up to 20,000 broilers.
In addition, a feed mill with a production capacity of 30 tons per hour is currently under construction. It will supply feed to both the company itself and other poultry farms in the region. The opening of a new hatchery, which will be able to produce over 10 million chicks per year, and a warehouse for storing 3,300 tons of frozen meat is also planned.
With the launch of the new complex, it is expected that the company's production indicators will increase by 29%, reaching about 15,000 tons of poultry meat per year. The volume of feed production will rise from 28,000 to 115,000 tons.
This initiative will create significant opportunities for local farmers: the company plans to purchase over 78,000 tons of corn and wheat annually. This will provide farmers with a reliable market for their products and create new jobs in the region. The poultry cluster "Agrokush" will operate on the principle of "from field to finished product," which will significantly enhance the country's food security.
