Deputy Minister of Energy Nasipbek Kerimov reported that a warming trend is expected in the coming week, which will allow for a transition to summer consumption mode. However, the official's response did not satisfy the elected representative, who asked for clarification on the timeline for lifting the restrictions: is it possible in March?
Kerimov noted that the issue of lifting the restrictions is under consideration, as nighttime temperatures still remain below zero.
It should also be noted that the Ministry of Energy previously reported that starting in November 2025, during morning and evening hours, the power available to the population will be temporarily reduced from 5 to 3 kilowatts using "smart meters." Similar energy-saving measures will also affect government institutions.
