As part of this initiative, the construction of a high-voltage power transmission line "Kristall - Zhyldyz" with a voltage of 220 kilovolts and a length of 17.9 kilometers is planned.
Additionally, the project includes a complete reconstruction of the 220 kilovolt substations "Kristall" and "Torobaev," which have been in operation for over 45-50 years.
To implement these plans, a concessional loan of $40 million is provided, with a repayment period of 25 years. The grace period will be five years, and the interest rate will be 1.5% per annum.
