During their trip, representatives of the department inspected the production facilities and carefully familiarized themselves with the technological processes of feed production. Special attention was paid to the quality of raw materials, recipes, and the functioning of the laboratory control system, which is responsible for the safety of products for aquaculture farms. There was also a discussion about the current capacities of the factory and possible strategies for promoting products in the domestic market.
The discussion of import substitution issues and ensuring that Kyrgyz fish farmers have access to affordable feed was the concluding note of the working meeting. Such events are aimed at supporting local producers and strengthening the competitiveness of the fishing industry in the country.
