More than 125 representatives of the agricultural sector participated in the meeting, including heads of farms, processing enterprises, and suppliers of agricultural machinery and technologies.




Rustam Baltabaev, the acting director of the association, presented a report on the organization's activities for 2025. Participants also reviewed the results of financial and economic activities, presented by the chair of the audit commission, Nurgul Malabaeva. Both reports were unanimously approved by the members of the meeting.
A key item on the agenda was the formation of a new board, which included representatives from eight companies, among them "Atalyk Group," "Eurasia Group Kyrgyzstan," "Kainy Kante," "Adal Azyk," A1 Group, Natural Agro, "Salih LTD," and "Turan Group."
Turatbek Ukubaev, the general director of JSC "Atalyk Group," was elected as the chairman of the board. His deputies became Urmat Akmatov from "Eurasia Group Kyrgyzstan" and Turusbek Matiev from "Turan Group," who also received the appointment as the association's representative for the southern regions.
At the first meeting of the new board, a decision was made to extend Rustam Baltabaev's powers as the executive director of the association.
Additionally, Bakyt Torobaev, the former minister of water management, was awarded the title of "Honorary Chairman" of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Kyrgyz Republic for his significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial sector and support for local producers, as reported in the press release.
