According to Bayastan Rayymbekov, a leading specialist in the processing industry and organics department of the Ministry of Water Management and Agriculture, the country plans to open 385 new processing enterprises by 2030 to support the agro-sector. He shared this information on the air of "Birinchi Radio".

Currently, there are already 485 processing enterprises and 40 trade logistics centers operating in Kyrgyzstan. "These initiatives are aimed at developing the processing industry, creating new jobs, and increasing the added value of products from local producers," Rayymbekov added.

He also emphasized that special attention will be given to the development of regions. The launch of new enterprises will be an important step towards the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and the economy of the country.
