Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, visited the company OsOO "Eastern Construction Materials" in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region. This visit was part of the monitoring of current investment projects, as reported by the agency's press service.
The company plans to launch the production of fired bricks and aerated concrete blocks with a projected capacity of up to 200,000 bricks per day. The total investment in the project amounts to over 10.5 million dollars.
It is expected that the new enterprise will create jobs, increase tax revenues, and contribute to the development of the construction sector in the region.
According to the lease agreement signed on August 4, 2025, after the plant begins operations, the company will make voluntary contributions to the budget of the Intymak rural administration of the Kara-Suu district. In the first year, it is planned to allocate 35 million soms, and in subsequent years — 5 million soms annually for the development of social infrastructure and support for the local population.
The production of bricks and gas blocks is located in the village of Zhany-Aryk and will focus on the manufacture of construction materials.
