Additionally, the construction of two access roads to the new Osh market is planned on one of the sections of the road. Currently, a roadmap is being developed, and the mobilization of special machinery and construction equipment is underway, noted the Ministry of Transport.

It is worth reminding that in early February 2026, residents of Novopavlovka expressed concerns that the expansion of the road might lead to the demolition of the cemetery. In response, Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev held a meeting with local residents to discuss the situation. As a result of the discussions, it was decided to change the road route to bypass the cemetery, taking into account sanitary norms and the opinions of citizens. "The project includes four lanes of traffic, each 3.5 m wide, with a total width of the roadway of 17.5 m and a central median strip 5 m wide. Sidewalks 2.25 m wide and the installation of street lighting are also planned. For effective drainage, the installation of 9,143 drainage ditches is planned," added the Ministry of Transport.
