A project has been launched in Kyrgyzstan to create a specialized center that will focus on professional training and education of personnel. This was announced at a press briefing by Danil Ibraev, a member of the Presidium of the Business Council of the EAEU. He noted that the new educational structure will have a dual purpose: to provide the domestic market with qualified specialists and to prepare workers for international employment according to global standards.
Ibraev also mentioned that the migration situation in the country has undergone significant changes. Previously, Kyrgyzstan was perceived as a source of labor resources; however, the republic's economy is currently experiencing a shortage of professionals. The head of the KSPP added that strict requirements regarding qualifications, knowledge of the state language, and understanding of local culture should be imposed on foreign workers coming to Kyrgyzstan.
The expert characterized the creation of such centers as a timely step that will allow transforming the training process into a profitable segment of the economy. "Kyrgyzstan is capable of earning from the training of personnel that are in demand in international labor markets," emphasized Ibraev. It is planned that a systematic approach to education will not only improve the quality of the workforce in the country but also create legal and profitable opportunities for the external employment of citizens with verified skills.
