This decision is aimed at ensuring the safety of this important facility and establishing rules for its operation.
In the territory within a radius of 500 meters from the new football stadium, the design, construction, reconstruction, and any changes to buildings exceeding a height of 20 meters (3 floors) are prohibited, except for those listed in the appendix to the resolution.
The resolution comes into effect 7 days after its official publication in the newspaper "Erkin-Too," issue No. 13 (3773) dated February 23, 2026.
