The International Council of the Arabic Language includes 26 organizations, both Arab and international, including UNESCO, the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Timur Abduzhalil graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and defended his dissertation at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, researching cooperation with Arab states. From 2021 to 2024, he served as the Consul General of Kyrgyzstan in the UAE.
He is currently an Honorary Advisor to the President of the Diplomatic Business Club in Dubai and the Director of External Relations at Sheikh Rashid bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi's law firm in the Gulf countries.
