To start the process, a foreign citizen must first submit a request to activate their personal account on the platform. After the account is activated, it becomes possible to apply for the "Digital Nomad" status.
This status allows foreigners to legally reside and work remotely in Kyrgyzstan. Initially, the status is granted for a period of 60 days, after which it can be extended for one year, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to 10 years.
