In addition, farmers in the Talas region are advised to diversify their crops by including sugar beets and safflower. Safflower, which is used for producing oil, cake, and straw, is a valuable feed. Currently, more than 50 small enterprises engaged in safflower oil production are operating in Kyrgyzstan.
