According to Bakyt Torobaev, in the fall, farmers particularly need funds to prepare their children for the school year, which makes state support especially relevant.
The minister also added that an increase in bean prices is expected in January and February. Currently, active negotiations are underway for the export of products to countries such as India, Iran, Russia, and Turkey, and possibilities for supplies to the Dubai market are also being discussed.
In addition, farmers in the Talas region are advised to diversify their crops by including sugar beets and safflower. Safflower, which is used for producing oil, cake, and straw, is a valuable feed. Currently, more than 50 small enterprises engaged in safflower oil production are operating in Kyrgyzstan.
