A delegate representing the interests of Kyrgyz migrants living in Kazakhstan, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Slovakia spoke at the IV People's Kurultai, where he highlighted the pressing issues faced by this group of people.

Kylych Turatov, while speaking, noted that compatriots in the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Slovakia are requesting the opening of embassies in these countries. This is due to the fact that they have to return to the locations of Kyrgyz diplomatic missions to obtain necessary documents and certificates.

Additionally, he proposed granting citizenship status to students who hold Kazakhstani citizenship but wish to pursue education in Kyrgyzstan. Turatov also initiated the organization of a business idea competition for Kyrgyz citizens living abroad.

He also emphasized that migrants officially registered in Kazakhstan face problems when entering Kyrgyzstan in vehicles due to the specifics of state license plates. This leads to the necessity of leaving vehicles at the border.
