In the Osh region, tubing on the Jailyoo Chiyrchik has become a popular leisure activity. However, according to vacationers, this entertainment can pose health risks.

According to data from the Osh Interregional Combined Clinical Hospital, a significant number of people seeking medical assistance after tubing suffer from limb fractures. "On January 2, three injured individuals from this resort came to our clinic. No one sought help in the previous days. One of them sustained a broken arm, another a broken collarbone, and the third a dislocated arm. All received outpatient care and were sent home. Most often, we receive patients with fractures of the arms and legs," the medical institution reported.

A multitude of negative reviews about tubing has appeared on social media from people who have experienced this type of recreation. One user noted: "My friend has a broken femur and is scheduled for surgery in three days. People arriving on tours are placed two to a tube. This creates conditions for injuries. More attention needs to be paid to safety issues."

Other comments online also raise questions about adherence to safety measures during recreation in Chiyrchik.

Experts emphasize that most injuries occur due to the disregard of simple safety rules. They believe it is essential to ensure supervision on icy and tubing tracks by specially trained instructors. However, at regional resorts, people often work without proper training, which increases the risk for vacationers.

According to local residents, during the New Year holidays, the number of tourists visiting Jailyoo Chiyrchik for tubing and recreation ranged from 1,000 to 2,000 people.
