According to the new charter of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, qaziats are now referred to as representations, and qazi as representatives.
The new representative was introduced to the religious community by the Deputy Mufti Shukur Ismailov. The meeting was also attended by the regional representative of the National Agency for Religious Affairs and Interethnic Relations under the President Kurmanbek Shayikov, the Mufti's representative in the Jalal-Abad region Erik Moldokulov, qazi staff, and chief imam-khatibs.
During the meeting with the authorized representative of the President in the Naryn region Nurbek Satarov, issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed.
Nuridin Usunovich Mamasabirov was born on January 13, 1983, in the village of Kyshtut, Batken district, Batken region, in a family of religious figures.
Education:
- Islamic University of Kyrgyzstan, specialty "Arabic language and Sharia";
- Batken State University, field of socio-economic education.
Work experience:
- 2005-2006 — Deputy Head of the General Department and Hadith teacher at the Islamic University of Kyrgyzstan;
- 2006-2012 — Imam-khatib of the "Azireti Sulayman" mosque in the village of Prigorodnoye, Alamidin district, Chui region;
- 2012-2017 — Chief Imam-khatib of the Batken district;
- 2017-2021 — Deputy qazi of the Batken region;
- since June 26, 2021 — Member of the Council of Ulema (by decision of the VII Kurultai of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan);
- since August 20, 2021 — qazi of the Batken region (representative of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan in the region).
He is fluent in Arabic, Turkish, Russian, and Uzbek.
Nuridin Mamasabirov is married and has two sons and two daughters.
