According to the police report, the tragedy occurred on February 7 at around 03:00 on the road from Kara-Suu to Kara-Küngöy. In the car, a "Kia K5" that was involved in the accident, there were three 10th-grade students from N. Jündübaeva school: E.D., Ö.K., and A.K. The teenagers had stolen the car without permission, as their parents were in the city.
The young people were heading west from the village of Kara-Saz to the village of Kochkor at high speed when the incident occurred. The car veered off the road, crashed into a ditch, and overturned. As a result of the rollover, two passengers were thrown from the vehicle, while the driver remained inside. The driver managed to escape and called for an ambulance.
According to Erlan Emilov, the head of the Kochkor district center for primary health care, the injured were delivered to the intensive care unit unconscious and in extremely critical condition between approximately 03:00 and 03:30. The doctors took all necessary measures to save the boys.
"Unfortunately, at 04:30 both teenagers died. The third, E.D., born in 2010, was hospitalized in a hospital in Jalal-Abad (Bishkek) in serious condition and is currently undergoing treatment in the neurosurgery department," he added.
- As a result of the accident, the teenagers Ö.K. and A.K., both born in 2009, died.
- E.D., born in 2010, is in serious condition and was taken to Bishkek.
Currently, investigations into the causes of the accident are being conducted by the relevant authorities. Details will be announced following the investigation, as reported by the district police.
