An criminal case has been registered in connection with this incident under Article 211 (theft of a motor vehicle) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, police identified the suspects: N.A., born in 2006, N.M., born in 2009, and Sh.B., born in 2008. All of them were taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Ata district for further investigation.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the young people not only stole the car but also got into a traffic accident, resulting in the vehicle overturning.
N.A., born in 2006, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. As for the minors N.M. and Sh.B., a preventive measure was taken in the form of being placed under parental supervision.
The investigation is ongoing.
