Belek Sakiyev, a native of the village of Lenin in the Alamudun district, was born in 1982. He studied at the Bishkek Humanities University named after K. Karasaev from 2000 to 2006 and holds the rank of advisor of the municipal service of the 3rd class.
In his professional career, Belek Sakiyev has held several positions:
- From 2000 to 2001, he worked as an operator at the loading and unloading point at the joint Kyrgyz-American enterprise "Vostok";
- In 2001-2003, he was involved in construction at OJSC "Azattyk";
- In 2003, he became an assistant at the Issyk-Kul District Office for the Registration of Real Estate Rights;
- From 2003 to 2004, he worked as a 1st category specialist in the general department of the Alamudun District State Administration;
- In 2004-2005, he held the position of leading specialist in the social department of the Committee for Youth Policy and Tourism Development of the Chui region;
- From 2005 to 2006, he continued to work at the Committee for Youth Policy and Tourism Development of the Chui region as a leading specialist;
- In 2006, he was appointed head of the sector at the District Department of Education;
- From 2006 to 2007, he worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Social Development of the Chui Regional State Administration;
- In 2007-2008, he was a system administrator in the general department of the Alamudun District State Administration;
- From 2008 to 2009, he held the position of leading specialist in the Department of Social Protection and Health of the Chui Regional State Administration;
- From 2010 to 2023, he headed the Ak-Beket Ayil Okmotu of the Alamudun district;
- In 2023-2025, he worked as a state inspector in the Department of Organizational Work and Interaction with Regions of the Central Office of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Since 2025, he has continued his work as a state inspector in the Organizational and Inspectorate Department of the Central Office of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
