Nurgazy Mukhtarjanovich Dosoev was born on March 30, 1994, in Jalal-Abad and holds a higher education degree in railway transport. He studied at the following educational institutions:
- Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M.Tynishpaev, where he studied the specialty "Automation and Control in Railway Transport" from 2011 to 2015.
- Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture, which he graduated from in 2022, receiving a diploma in the specialty "Organization of Transportation in Railway Transport."
- Additionally, he has initial vocational education in the specialty "Gas Electric Welder," obtained at Lyceum No. 75.
Nurgazy Dosoev's career began in 2015 at the "Bishkek-1" station, where he worked as a 4th category electrician. Throughout his professional career, he also held positions as a 5th category electrician, senior electromechanic for technical documentation, and senior electromechanic at the dispatcher centralization post. Since 2024, he served as the Deputy Head for Security at the Southern Branch of the State Enterprise "NC 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'."
According to information published on March 10 by Turmush, Orozbek Turdubekov resigned from the position of head of the Southern Branch of this state company. The press service of the branch confirmed this information. Turdubekov led the branch for only six months, previously holding the position of chairman of the Manas City Council.
