In such cases, hospitalization is carried out without any additional payments, similar to the initial treatment.
During inpatient treatment, no fees are allowed for consultations with doctors, surgical interventions, anesthesia, as well as for the treatment of postoperative wounds and for conducting laboratory and diagnostic studies in the hospital. Furthermore, medical institutions are required to provide patients with the necessary medications from the list of essential drugs. If such medications are unavailable, the patient has the right to purchase them independently.
These provisions are enshrined in the State Guarantee Program.
