- Consultation and examination by a doctor;
- X-ray examinations;
- Pain relief;
- Application of a cast and other emergency procedures.
If the necessary medications or medical devices (for example, pins for fractures) are unavailable in the hospital, the doctor is obliged to inform the patient about this.
If medications are unavailable, the patient has the right to purchase them independently. A list of free medications and medical devices should be posted in an accessible place in each medical organization.
