She noted that when a patient requires a blood transfusion, relatives are forced to go to the Blood Center and then to a private clinic for compatibility testing. “This situation is unacceptable, especially in emergency cases where every minute counts. We risk losing a patient due to the loss of time,” the deputy emphasized.
Sadyrbaeva is puzzled as to how such a situation could arise.
“Relatives waste time waiting in line at private clinics for an appointment. Compatibility tests should be conducted directly in hospitals. It is necessary for hospital staff to be responsible for transporting patients to the Blood Center using specialized vehicles,” she added.
