The acting Minister of Health, Kanbek Dosmambetov, held a meeting with the heads of private medical institutions, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
During the meeting, aspects of the development of the private healthcare sector were discussed, including the concept of its improvement and measures to enhance the quality and accessibility of medical services for citizens.
The head of the ministry noted that the development of private medical institutions is one of the key directions of state policy in the healthcare sector. According to him, this will increase the diversity of medical services and reduce dependence on treatment abroad.
“The private healthcare sector should not be perceived as a replacement for the public system, but as an important complement to it. Our goal is to create conditions for providing quality medical care to citizens within the country, eliminating the need to go abroad,” he emphasized.
During the meeting, attention was also paid to creating favorable conditions for the operation of private clinics, implementing modern medical technologies, and enhancing the qualifications of medical personnel.
As a result of the discussions, the parties agreed to continue constructive dialogue and joint work on proposals aimed at the sustainable development of the private healthcare sector.
