At the end of October, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Andrew, the younger brother of the king, is being stripped of all honors and titles and will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. This decision, according to BBC, Sky News, and Reuters, was made in light of the scandal related to his connections with Jeffrey Epstein, who has been accused of sex trafficking and other serious crimes.

Additionally, Andrew will be forced to leave his 30-room residence at Royal Lodge, where he has lived until recently. Sources from The Guardian report that King Charles III will allocate a "six-figure sum" to his brother to cover the costs of moving to Sandringham, a residence in Norfolk that is privately owned by the monarchs, not the crown. According to British media, this is where his relocation is planned.

In addition to the one-time payment, the king will also provide his brother with annual financial support from his personal funds, which sources claim will significantly exceed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's pension of £20,000 per year (approximately $26,000). Currently, the terms and amounts of these payments are being discussed.
