During the meetings, the political, social, economic, and foreign economic agenda of the two states was discussed, as well as a thorough exchange of views on the development of relations and joint cooperation between Mongolia and Lithuania.
The participants of the meeting emphasized the prospects for deepening economic interaction, particularly in the field of international logistics and cargo transportation, as well as the need to expand cooperation in the areas of education, culture, and agriculture.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting was observed by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Mönkhtushig Lkhanaajav, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Vidmantas Verbickas.
The parties expressed their readiness to intensify dialogue through the conclusion of cooperation agreements and to strengthen interaction within the framework of the UN and other international organizations, which will create a favorable legal basis for the further development of bilateral relations.
