He strongly condemned this act of violence and confirmed that Kazakhstan stands with the people of Australia during this difficult time, as noted in the official statement.
The tragedy occurred on December 14, when two shooters opened fire on those present at Bondi Beach, where the first day of Hanukkah was being celebrated. As a result of this attack, at least 16 people were killed, and another 27 were hospitalized with various injuries. It later became known that among the attackers were a father and son, and one of them was disarmed by a passerby during the attack.
