According to the publication, among the dead are both civilians and military personnel. "At least 40 people, including civilians and military, have fallen victim to the attack," the report states.
Acting President of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez, who was recently appointed to the position, stated that among the deceased are both government officials and civilians.
The strikes on targets in Venezuela were carried out on the night of January 3. As a result of the operation, President Nicolas Maduro and his wife were captured and taken out of the country, facing charges of "narcoterrorism."
