Over 2.8 million cases of ARVI registered in Kazakhstan since the start of the epidemic season
Since the beginning of the current epidemic season, 2,871,266 cases of ARVI have been recorded in Kazakhstan, as reported by the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health.
Compared to the same period of the previous epidemic season, there is a 6% decrease in morbidity. Over the past week, 54,141 cases of ARVI were registered, which is 13% less than the previous week, noted the specialists of the department.
Additionally, since the beginning of the epidemic season, 2,865 laboratory-confirmed cases of influenza have been identified.
As of today, 2,272,739 people have been vaccinated against influenza, which constitutes 11.13% of the total population.
