Ukraine, the USA, and Europe have agreed on a response plan in case Russia violates a possible peace agreement, - Financial Times

The discussion of this plan took place in December and January, according to the publication. It implies that retaliatory measures to any actions by Russia will be taken within 24 hours. Among the proposed measures are both diplomatic warnings and actions by the Ukrainian armed forces.

If conflicts continue, the plan envisions the deployment of a military contingent from countries in the "coalition of the willing," including the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, and other EU states. In the event of continued offensives, a coordinated response will be initiated 72 hours after the first violation of the ceasefire, and the armed forces of the USA may join.

The first round of trilateral negotiations to resolve the situation in Ukraine took place on January 23-24 in Abu Dhabi, where issues related to territorial aspects, buffer zones, and control mechanisms were discussed. The USA characterized this meeting as historic. The European Union is considering options for territorial concessions from Ukraine in exchange for security guarantees. The second round of negotiations is scheduled for February 4-5.
