In his opinion, this will enhance capabilities for delivering strategic and anti-ship strikes.
The leader of North Korea also ordered to expedite the transfer of the destroyer to the Navy and to complete the construction of the third ship by the upcoming anniversary of the party. In addition, he ordered the strengthening and modernization of naval base infrastructure.
The "Yonhap" agency emphasizes that these missile tests coincided with the beginning of the annual spring military exercises conducted by South Korea and the United States.
