According to the police, the incident was registered in the Journal of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District. During the investigation, law enforcement identified all participants in the conflict, including J. K., born in 2007, and two other minor girls, one of whom was born in 2009. It became known that it was the girl born in 2009 who struck the victim.
All participants in the incident, along with their parents, were taken to the district department for further investigation.
A protocol was drawn up against J. K., born in 2007, under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of Kyrgyzstan, after which she was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Protocols were also drawn up against the parents of the two minors under Article 102 "Evading Parental Responsibilities" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
