
According to Araghchi, the attacks damaged two of the largest steel mills, a power plant, as well as civilian nuclear facilities and other important elements of infrastructure.
“Israel claims that its actions are coordinated with the U.S. This attack contradicts the extension of deadlines for diplomatic efforts announced by the U.S. president, and Iran intends to demand a high price for such actions,” he noted.
The head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry emphasized that the strikes were carried out even despite the previously announced extension of negotiations with the U.S.
