Another earthquake occurred in Kazakhstan

Another earthquake occurred in Zhetysu region, as reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan.

According to data from seismic stations, the tremors were registered at 13:23 on March 31. The epicenter was located 267 km northeast of Almaty, within Kazakhstan. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km; however, information about its magnitude was not provided.

In Zhetysu, the intensity of the tremors was measured at two points on the scale.

The first earthquake was recorded at 11:11. The epicenter was only three kilometers from the location of the second earthquake. At that time, tremors of two points were felt not only in Zhetysu but also in Tekeli and the village of Zhansugurov.
