On Tuesday, Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh sent his congratulations to Ukhral Nyam-Osor on his appointment as Prime Minister of Mongolia.
Ukhral Nyam-Osor became the 35th Prime Minister of Mongolia, taking this position at the suggestion of the ruling Mongolian People's Party (MPP). Previously, before his appointment on Monday, he served as the Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia and is the chairman of the MPP.
Diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Mongolia were established on November 17, 1954. On September 30, 2024, these relations were elevated to the level of comprehensive partnership.
