
From March 22 to 24, 2026, the Chairman of the Parliament of Mongolia and leader of the Mongolian People's Party, Uchral Nyam-Osor, is visiting China at the invitation of the Communist Party of China.
During his visit on March 23, 2026, he met with Zhao Lezhi, who serves as the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and is a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee.

Zhao Lezhi, who is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the CPC, emphasized that under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both countries, China-Mongolia relations as a comprehensive strategic partnership continue to develop. He noted that they are moving towards the establishment of a community with a shared future, based on peaceful coexistence, mutual assistance, and cooperation.
China seeks to actively cooperate with Mongolia to implement key agreements reached between the leaders of the two countries, as well as to strengthen strategic trust. It is important to take into account each other's fundamental interests and main concerns, continue exchanges between legislative bodies, and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, he added.
During the meeting, Zhao Lezhi also introduced the methods of people's democracy practiced in China to the Mongolian guests.

For his part, Uchral Nyam-Osor noted that Mongolia aims to develop long-term and stable friendly relations with China, based on mutually beneficial cooperation. He emphasized that the Great State Khural of Mongolia seeks to expand interaction with the National People's Congress of China and is ready to support the continuous development of practical cooperation between the two countries.
