In March, Brent crude oil demonstrated a record increase against the backdrop of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, rising by 55%. WTI also showed a significant increase — by 54% this month.

According to sources in his administration, Trump informed his advisors of his readiness to cease military actions against Iran, even if the Strait of Hormuz remains largely closed. The President concluded that it is necessary to achieve key goals in deterring the Iranian navy and missile stockpiles while ending military actions and applying diplomatic pressure on Tehran to restore free trade.
