Information about the existence of this organized group was received by the criminal investigation department, which indicated that its members primarily worked in elite hotels in the city.
A criminal case was opened in the First May District Department of Internal Affairs under Article 160 "Promotion of Prostitution and Immorality" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Police discovered that the group's operations were coordinated through a closed WhatsApp chat called "Reserve," which included more than 60 girls. The chat administrators were several girls, while the alleged organizer was located outside the country.
Joining the group was possible only by recommendation and after prepayment. To ensure confidentiality, code words and the disappearing messages feature were used. Additionally, there were specific internal rules regarding income distribution and confidentiality.
Group managers, upon receiving an order, sent clients photos of the girls and arranged for visits to the specified address. In case of a threat of exposure, the group would be deleted and recreated with new contacts.

During the operation, police conducted a controlled purchase. Three girls sent by the manager arrived at one of the saunas in Bishkek. After documenting the transfer of money, they were detained and taken to the investigative department of the First May District Department of Internal Affairs.
Law enforcement agencies are currently continuing investigative actions and operational measures to identify and detain other members of this group.
The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital urges citizens to refrain from participating in illegal activities related to the provision of intimate services. Bishkek residents are asked to report any instances of brothels or involvement in prostitution to the 24-hour hotline at 102.
