According to the GKNB press center, since 2024, the detained individual had been conducting illegal collections from employees of the Balakchi security department, using the head of that department, D.T.I., and his associate for this purpose.
“These collections were made as payments for the employment of police officers who guarded various facilities outside of working hours,” the special services clarified.
Currently, efforts are ongoing to identify other officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who may be linked to this criminal activity. Investigative actions are continuing.
