On January 6, law enforcement received information about private events taking place in the capital, where photographs and videos were subsequently published on social networks popular among Kyrgyzstanis.
During the preliminary investigation, it was found that the parties were held according to a pre-developed plan, with constant changes of location and the use of rented premises.
As a result, five women were detained: T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (born in 1996), O.G. (born in 2001), R.D. (born in 1999), and J.A. (born in 2001). They were issued protocols under Article 109 ("Distribution of pornographic materials") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Each of them was fined 10,000 soms.
In addition, the establishment where such events were held was closed, and the owners were also charged under Article 109 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
