The investigation revealed that the participants had divided roles for registering foreign citizens without legal grounds, according to information from the FSB press service.
Based on the collected evidence, the court issued a verdict that took into account the position of the state prosecutor. Two Russian citizens received suspended sentences of three years and two months, while a citizen of Kyrgyzstan was sentenced to four years of imprisonment and a fine of 100,000 rubles, the department reported.
