It was established that a conflict arose between citizens D.M. and R.E., who were in a romantic relationship, after consuming alcoholic beverages. During the quarrel, R.E. inflicted a stab wound to D.M.'s hand, to which he responded by stabbing R.E. in the neck.
The investigative service of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Directorate has initiated a criminal case under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
