Both detainees are students of one of the medical universities in the city and were born in 2005 and 2006. They were taken to the department, where a preventive conversation was held with them.
Additionally, the university administration, together with the faculty, organized an explanatory session for all foreign students. They were reminded of the importance of adhering to the laws of Kyrgyzstan, as well as the necessity to respect local traditions and norms of behavior.
The police urged foreigners to avoid violations and comply with local laws.
