The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow has decided to place Sosunov in custody, while Posokhov has been placed under house arrest.
For the bribery charges, they could face up to 15 years in prison.
It is worth noting that Nikolai Posokhov is one of the creators of the modular protective structure "Kub-M," designed for civil defense. This structure can be used as a shelter, including protection against radiation. Serial production began in November 2024 in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, and the bunker is intended for protection against natural and man-made disasters. The standard configuration includes two modules: one room for 54 people and a technical module.
